To be honest the organization needs to work on the overall TA process. They reach via email stating they have been trying to get in contact with me which is odd because I've never gotten a phone call or voice message. The email I received was my first contact with them. Now, the recuiter stated to give him a call which I did. The moment he picked up, it was a rush to call just to hurry and give an overview of my experience. Right after, he just said to wait for the link to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Now, I just got an email stating my application was declined.
