Wasn't very formal. Manager asked about prior experience and offered the position on the spot. No prep is really needed as they are looking for past retail experience and some management experience.

Sat down and had a very nice partially formal but mostly informal interview where we sat in the food course and discussed current work behavior and how to change that into upper management material. Was really able to dive into numbers and tactics. And just really discuss how I would handle certain situations as being a member of upper management.
