Interview was unprofessional. More of a "conversation" in which I had to speak about myself and what I knew about the company. No further questions, it was extremely informal. Seemed like it was the first time she had looked at my resume and wasn't too happy I didn't have prior accounting experience, even though I was 5 years into my schooling for accounting. I thought this was an internship, not a permanent job, I was applying for... Why bother calling for an interview if you don't care about what's on my resume or background, and you're going to write me off 10 minutes in? They should consider actually looking at resumes before wasting applicant's time. The initial contact was by email, no phone call which I found kind of odd. Didn't bother contacting any of my references afterwards which could attest that I could definitely do the work. So don't be surprised if you prepare a lot, arrive early, and dress professionally, there is a chance you'll get written off less than 10 minutes later. I wouldn't apply again.
