First Interview was a 30 minute phone call with some standard questions like "are you available to work in the USA" and "where are you located." Second Interview was in-person (pre-COVID), it lasted about 3 hours. I have 4 interviewers - Completions Manager, Drilling Manager, Frac Manager and HR representative. This part was relatively laid back, with standard interview questions. The frac manager had given me a print out of frac plot with a screen-out situation and asked what had happened based on the plot.
