First is online assessment. Then interviewed by dev managers about culture and background. Then hands-on coding exercises. After that interviewed by senior staff to talk about the architecture of one of your previous projects. And then another interview about technical questions.

Contacted by HR ( Pooja Chavan ) asking to set up a call for screening, also asked for my academic transcripts for a non entry-level position? Very strange.
When provided was sent a rejection email in 2 minutes, then a follow up email saying that was a mistake and instead of an interview i'm now 'being considered' and then ghosted upon follow up
Extremely poor candidate experience in a difficult market for work you've made the process much more infuriating for no reason.

They gave me an on-line Aptitude Test of complete crap. Loaded with trick questions for the sole purpose of putting the subject in a difficult position. Nothing technical or business related at all. Ironically I took the same test twice within a year for the same company. I later found out I passed both tests, but due to the fact that they didn't want to pay the head hunter’s 30% scalping fee ( or rather finders fee, what a load of bs )… they short listed me.

They give Aptitude Test when a recruiter is involved in the deal. Not when HR finds the canidate.
