The recruitment process is composed of 2 interviews. - A presentation of the role and screening based on experience (1 hr) - A technical interview, with other TAs, with live coding (~3hr)

One question in particular was: What would you do if a client told you that the work delivered per spring is not enough. i.e: not enough features / development is not going fast enough...?
