4 interview sessions, last one in UK headquarter (you have to use 2 days from your vacation pool o make this last session).
They did not ask single question they could to validate experience for Manager role (i.e. how to size up a team, keep high motivation, deal with difficult employees/situations, change management, project management, boost creativity etc). They are rather looking for somebody on team lead level. Somebody who works with the code 8 hrs a day but with an experience to build and manage team up to 40 people.... ridicules. Don't waste time with them. People who make interview have less experience and knowledge than candidate. They do not choose the best one... they choose the one who is no better then they are.
Just keep far from this company. Not worth to spend time and an energy.
