Phone interview with HR team followed by online interview with employees with the buying team which lasted an hour. The interview was focused mainly on day to day scenarios and the solution I will take.

Poor communication prior to assessment centre and did not meet any of their own deadlines for sending information. Staff were friendly during the day. Been over a month and received no feedback or outcome after being reassured all applicants would hear back.

Slightly different due to COVID-19, but after an initial online application of CV and cover letter I had a phone interview which lasted approximately 20mins and then was invited to complete an online assessment and then invited to final interview
