      I recently had the opportunity to interview with Oxy for a position I was quite excited about. My initial interactions with the Talent Acquisition team were promising, and the first interview went smoothly. However, my overall experience took a drastic downturn during the final stages of the interview process, leading me to question the company's professionalism and respect for candidates. The process began on a positive note when I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition team. The initial interview, which involved meeting with two team members, seemed like a standard procedure and left me with a positive impression of Oxy. However, my enthusiasm began to wane after the third and final interview. The final interview went well, and I received positive feedback from the interviewers. They assured me that I would receive a response within two weeks. This timeframe seemed reasonable, and I eagerly awaited further communication from Oxy. However, it has now been three long months, and I have not received even a single email from Oxy, not even a courtesy notification indicating that I was not selected for the position. This complete lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to candidates who have invested time and effort in the interview process. As a job seeker, I understand that not every candidate can be selected for a position, and I respect a company's right to make their decisions. However, it is essential for companies to communicate with candidates, especially those who have progressed to the final stages of the interview process. Failing to do so leaves candidates in a state of uncertainty and frustration, which reflects poorly on the company's reputation. In light of my experience with Oxy, I am left deeply disappointed by the company's lack of seriousness and professionalism. I expected better from an organization of Oxy's caliber. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Oxy as an employer, given the disregard they have shown for the candidate experience. Job seekers deserve better treatment during the hiring process, and Oxy has fallen short in this regard. In conclusion, my interview experience with Oxy has been marred by a complete lack of communication and professionalism. While I cannot speak to the company's internal operations, I can only hope that they reevaluate their candidate communication procedures to provide a more respectful and transparent experience for future applicants.

      Colloquio

      Their were multiple interview processes. I believe 3-4 total, During the interview their were two separate panels of interviewers. The second panel of interviewers ran in and out of the room multiple times so it was a bit distracting.
