Got an interview through on campus career center. Two local oxy employees came to the interview, one was a mid level engineering manager, and the other was with hr. Very relaxed, just asked a few questions to really get to know you. After a couple of weeks, I got a call to fly to one of their locations, where I interviewed again with two people and had to give a little presentation about myself. The presentation is really just to see if you have a personality or not.
