Initially contacted through email and then a follow up call to confirm availability. Then had an informal phone interview with the Co-Founder and Sales Director. After the initial screening there was a face to face interview with the 2 Co-Founders and it was keep light and somewhat informal at times and then more in depth about skill sets at other times. After the initial screening, the interview was more about personality assessment and seeing how your skills would fit it in with this tight knit team.
