I applied online and got a callback a day later. I scheduled the interview for later in the week. When I came in, I asked a sales associate for the manager, and she said cynically, "I hope you are not here for an interview, because this place sucks". I was completely turned off by that. It is not something a potential employee wants to hear, especially with many of the Store Associate horror story reviews I have read about OSJL on job sites. As for the interview, it went well. I was interviewed by both the store manager and the assistant manager. Both were nice. The questions were fairly easy. The manager thought that I was interested in retail management, but I said I just wanted something part-time. He wanted to me to re-apply as a Front End Supervisor since he saw something in me. When I got home, I did, but the site told me that my application has already been accepted. So I called him back, said what happened, and he would look into it and call me back. He never did. The interview was both a positive and negative experience, and have decided that OSJL is not for me at this time.
