I contacted the hiring manager directly via email which I pulled from LinkedIn. The response was within the day. I had two conversations. The second was with the hiring manager's lateral who I would also be working directly with.

They asked all the regular questions and explained what I would be doing. They had a very low pay for the industry and asked why I would be willing to accept that pay at my experience.
