The interview process consisted of one informal interview with the general manager and one with the training coordinator director. They both used the STAR method for interviewing and were inputting data into an online document while the interview was happening. I recieved a tour of the facility and was able to ask questions about the job throughout the interview

Phone interview was first and I was to be scheduled for an in-person interview. Never received the email and tried to contact the center for follow up information. Was told they forgot to send the email and would like to reschedule, the phone number of HR was main center phone but no one ever answers it and no voicemail.
