I made it all the way to interview number three, only to be asked to if I would be able to take a floor supervisor position. I received a text stating welcome to the team and you will do great.. She also stated that she was getting together an offer for me. That was the last time I heard from them.

The hiring process at first was simple and straightforward. The recruiter said I would proceed to the next round of interviews. After a week went by of no follow up, I was ghosted by the recruiter. The recruiters ignored my email and decided to send me a automated email saying I was declined. It was astonishing on how disrespectful the recruiter was of me. Thankfully the hiring manager notified me on the update and said they needed me to have a sooner start dar and was respectful of my time.

my original interview was done via phone. I was hired out of state so everything was done through email. The phone interview was super easy and they moved pretty fast with the hiring process right after.
