A 1 hour interview on competency based questions asking how I would go about doing aspects of the role and other soft skills such as communication and time management. Time for questions at the end about working at Octavia.

Had to submit cover letter, CV and complete an application question.
First stage interview was with peers that I would work with. I thought was a great approach and not something I had seen before.
Second stage with line manager and another colleague at the same level.
Process also included a psychometric test.
