Initial call was casual and quick. I was asked to summarise myself and my career thus far and why I applied.
Second interview was with a director who was lovely, really easy to talk to and you could tell how passionate she was about working for the company!
I believe there is one more stage but this far a great experience.

It was a phone interview, took about 15 minutes. Ask typical interview questions, about my background, experience, and skills to assess fit for the role. They may also inquire about my interest in the company and my motivation for applying. HR was polite but it was evident not a right fit.
