Expectations you will know everything about the company, it’s values, history, follow their social media, but again - salary doesn’t reflect that. Sure, nice to have same values with the company, but then I think the first value for the company is to help their workers make a living. You don’t get into 4 years of student loan to then earn less than £10ph. I was desperate for a job at the time, but thankfully got a better paid one in the meantime.
