OE interview process is "long winded" to some, but awesome to others. To me, definitely the latter. It shows they wish to recruit people only who want to be there. Who will fit their team and shows they won't waste time on hiring anyone for the sake of filling a position. You have an initial phone interview with Tayla the talent team who is super friendly. Then you have a literacy and numeracy test, not as easy as some people may expect so do a little revising which you are advised! Then once successful you are moved onto a 'Discovery Day' which I really enjoyed. Its creative and practical and there's no bias at all as they just want to get to know you and if you're right for the role. Really cool and unique way to do it. Then you're invited into the office for a face to face informal chat/interview which isn't easy but I enjoyed it personally! You get a little tour of the office and are offered the job on the spot if they feel you're right for it. All in all, I think it's a really cool and modern way without prejudices, way to conduct a recruitment process. It may not be for everyone. But i loved it! I've been offered the job and hope to start soon! 😁
