I first had an interview with HR, which was alright. Then I had a code challenge, in which I invested about 20 hours. After handing it in, I had to chase HR for weeks to get some sort of feedback. Almost two months later, I learned I wasn't selected via an automated email. The feedback I got was scarce and not detailed at all.

I had a meeting with HR, after that I barely had any contact with them. I sent them the technical challenge but I never had any feedback from them. I think they simply have ghosted me. It is a shame because I was really interested in the company and I put a lot of effort in the code challenge. Definitely one of the worst interview process I have ever been. Very unprofessional.
