Started with an initial phone call conversation to understand the company and to summarise your CV. Had a virtual interview with the hiring manager which was relaxed. I felt at ease as I was able to get to know the interviewer. I was asked some competency questions as well as personality questions which made the interview go smoothly. The final stage was meeting the team which I found particularly engaging for a wider perspective of what octopus has to offer. I felt that they spent time making sure Octopus is a good fit for you too.
