Assessment day with informal interview. Very laid back, some group sessions in the assessment day. Informal interview after the group activities, basic interview questions. Found out that I had the job a few day after the interview.

online group interview which included a presentation and break rooms. this was done at home. allowed us to work together as a group and understand a little bit more about individuals. and then 121 interview with the manager which was more in depth.
