Apply for the job online then if successful you will be asked to answer some interview prerecorded style questions on your phone.
After that there's an interview and skills test of installing a radiator and piping it up. The interview is quite relaxed then there is a knowledge test on an iPad.
Once successful I was notified by a talent sourcer called Ellis Wood. She was extremely helpful in providing me with the information required for my onboarding
