Initial interview was a couple of questions answered through 2 minute videos on line, this Iis the part I found most difficult as I do prefer the human interaction. Once this had passed I was invited to a recruitment day which I really enjoyed and found extremely welcoming and down to earth compared to past interview process at other Companies. The recruitment day had a mixture of physical skilled activies related to the job and short and informal interviews which really took away the anxiety compared to other interviews have have experienced. Izzy corben-tann was my point of contact during the interview process and I found her very helpful and approachable, somebody you can tell who loves their job and it shows!
