The interview process was well organised and in 3 stages, first being over the telephone with Ruth, who is part of the talent team. Honestly, Ruth made me feel very at ease with her calm and very friendly approach over the phone. It did not feel like and interview at all. It felt more like a causal friendly chat just talking through my past experience . It was nice meeting with Ruth in person when I went to their office for my final stage interview. She was very warm and welcoming. Defiantly the sort of people and environment I would want to be a part of.

Colloquio
I recieved an intial Phone interview with the Talent Manager and then was selected to participate in a video interview with the Managment for my role. The interview was formal but relaxed. The interview flowed as a conversation where all parties honestly spoke about expectations and role requirements.
