Very positive experience. Starting out with a straight forward screening call, covering starndard questions and topics. Very upront and clear on where the company is at and where they are headed First round was a take home technical task in the form on a PR review. Code to look through spanned the whole stack, allowing candidates to focus on their strengths. 30/40 minute chat through with 2 developers in the style of a mid/senoir developer (candidate) giving feedback to a junoir developer (interviewer). This was the closest I've had an interview stage be to actually feeling like an every day task I'd perform as a dev. This stage also included more relaxed sections for intros and general questions. The final stage was a 30/40 chat with one of the same developers as the last round and a product manager that invloved more behavioural questions and assessing soft skills. Also included time to ask about the company more generally. The hiring manager was on the offer call with HR, where we talked through some final bits about the team I'd be joining specifically
