Four interviews over seven weeks plus an unpaid writing homework assignment despite having a robust portfolio. In the end, received an impersonal, three-sentence form letter letting me know they went with a "better qualified candidate." Was handed off to three different HR employees during the prcoess. Chaotic. Disrespectful.
