Recruiter had reached out to me on LinkedIn about the opportunity, I instantly respond with suggested dates and time. The recruiter does not respond. I then follow up, and the recruiter agrees to a time and says they will set up a calendar invite. The recruiter does not do this and so I follow up again and the recruiter finally puts the time in my diary.
30 minute talk mostly culture focused.
Following that, time is set with the hiring manager, but the recruiter does not ask for my CV and does not prompt me to share with the hiring manager. Interview with the hiring manager went ok, but of course without a CV it’s quite difficult to centre a conversation. Nonetheless, I thought it went quite well. The recruiter asks how it went to which I instantly respond and ask what the next steps are, and of course no response. After 2 weeks I tell them I am not interested, as after a couple more follow ups from my end the recruiter does not respond.
Do not waste your time with this company, because they will certainly waste yours.
