They give you a pop IQ test with out any heads up (25 min). They show you charts, graphs, and give you mock examples you have to answer. The recruiter was the only person with people skills, Hunter he was a cool guy. My interviewer was nervous and not confident the entire time giving me the interview. They didn't really let me ask questions, and interrupted me when I tried which was a bummer.
They looked at me in the eye and genuinely communicated that they would let me know in a week if I got the job or not. I never heard back, I thought this was very unprofessional.
Their San Francisco office is super far and not around much, not to mention the interview process took almost 2 hours. The least they could do is shoot an email and notify me I didn't get the position. Or at-least not make false promises. The whole thing was weird because my interviewer was super nervous.
And to be completely honest I didn't want to work at Odoo after visiting the office because of the culture fit, the awkward people, and of course the location. And of course after learning more about the position it wasn't a role I was interested in anymore.
