Simple phone interview, second interview in person at a local restaurant. Two interviewers were present. They were very friendly and completely describe the position and role of a job coach. They explained a lot of what is required. For example, writing of reports, how you get clients, how you submit reports. They asked about previous work experiences, particularily about working with individuals with various types of disabilities.
