Got an email to schedule a time with a recruiter a few weeks after I applied. Interviewer had trouble using video conferencing issues and we had a lot of technical issues initially. Interviewer was calling from France. When we did get to talking, it didn't come across as very prepared and I don't think interviewer looked into my resume much or online presence. Interviewer expected me to look into Bonitasoft software and watch videos about it following interview. As a minority female American, the interview process came across as catered to white male French Americans or French citizens in the US. There was definietly a mismatch in cultural fit which I feel should have been looked into beforehand. I think if team had looked into my background more, there wouldn't have been a phone screen in first place.
