I was contacted by a recruiter. They asked me to send them my resume and reel. Then when I had the interview they cut me off at the beginning and started asking me if I had experience at specific companies. They had apparently not looked at my resume. When I told them I hadn't previously worked at the companies they asked about they told me they were not interested in continuing the interview because I didn't have the experience they wanted. Well that was dumb. you could have read my resume. I think I would have been a good candidate with my skills but all they cared about was where I worked before.

The initial contact and scheduling went very well, but as the process wore on there was a lack of communication for next steps, and the overall timeline was unclear. As such, the process took around two months and four interviews. Everyone there was very nice and respectful, but the communication was slow and sporadic.
