Talked with recruiter then given an 8 page assignment that was very unstructured for cyber content creation. Did NOT receive any feedback or next round. Asked the recruiter if the team could provide any feedback and they completely ignored my request and restated they are pursuing other candidates. Experience makes me not want to use the platform in the future and was a complete waste of time. If you expect talented candidates to complete an unpaid assignment, you can provide them actual feedback and not an automated denial response. HTB seems like a better work environment and seems like people in industry are moving away from Offsec

The interview process was underwhelming. The recruiter seemed to assume that offering perks like a MacBook Pro would be enough to impress, rather than focusing on the substance of the role or the company’s strategic vision. The interview was postponed multiple times, which raised concerns about their internal coordination. Things progressed smoothly until I disclosed my current CTC, which appeared to surprise the interviewer. That moment noticeably shifted the tone of the conversation, suggesting a disconnect between their expectations and market realities.
