This was a recruitment day, where there were about 20 of us invited along. We were split up into groups and went into seperate rooms. Then different account managers came in and interviewed us as a group. The interview was quite informal, not intimidating at all! It seemed like they were trying to get a feel of which sites you would be best suited to.

Applied by email then received a phone call booking me into an interview at head office. I met with the recruitment consultant and then the head of department. Was formal but 1 on 1. I had to go in corporate attire.
