Manager talks with you and asks you generic questions, asks you what programs do you know, if you applied for the print sales or asks more generic questions all the time. Does the interview in the open, out where the furniture area is.
Walked to the back for interview talked with the assistant store manager for about 30 minutes waited 10 minutes and spoke to the store manager. The interview process was very laid back. I had to pretend to try and sale something to a customer and explain why they should buy the item.

The store manager called a few days after I applied online. He asked basic questions (Are you currently in college?, Is this your first job?, etc..) and set up an interview in-store for the next week.
The interview at the store was pretty easy, mostly asking for experience and if I had knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
