Applied through online job board and was routed to company HR webpage to complete the application. Don't get your hopes up as I am very well qualified and I never heard from them again. I followed up with emails and no response. Very typical of theses small companies. I think they post these jobs just as a test with no intent to hire anyone. Incredibly unprofessional. At least send a rejection letter.
