This process has changed since the Regus Group bought Office Suites PLUS. GM's do not have have much say in the operation of their Suites anymore so the emphasis on P&L management have changed. Decisions are made at the local level for local positions. This process may have changed some since Regus took over. This is a fairly easy interview for someone with limited experience.
