Colloquio
First Interview was pretty casual, sort of a get to know each other type deal. I imagine it was to see if I was a good fit.
Second interview was more intensive, reviewed my resume and asked more personal questions related to the job as well as a few on the spot tests to see how my experience stacked up to their processes.

Desired Pay, and work hours. They were very willing to negotiate those so both them and myself got the most out of the employment.
I applied online, then got called in for a face-to-face interview. It wasn't anything terribly difficult, primarily just a discussion of my qualifications, needs, and expectations from the job. It was pretty clear that the store manager just wanted to get a read on what kind of person I was and if I would fit in. I must have passed his tests because I got the job.
Pretty simple, they called me within a week. The first interview was simple and quick. They asked the usual questions like "tell me about yourself". Asked me how confident i was selling items.
