Group interview for applicants who successfully completed certain polls and quizzes. Involved being separated into groups to sell pens, stack cups the highest and other tasks. At the end they spent five minutes with each person individually.

An online application followed by a 30 minute zoom interview. My interviewer was 10 minutes late and seemed disinterested, with the overall questions being very straight forward and mainly just talking about who you are as a person
