Test then interview. Test was directly before the interview and only five minutes between the test and the interview. Was asked about the test in the interview and the panel were late to the interview due to looking through the answer. Wasn't aware that they would be interviewing on the test. Some questions were incredibly detailed with specific qualifiers whereas some were incredibly vague.

Three parts, there are scenario questions, followed by ethical type question, presentation and interview. However, everything is very smoothly run, professional and welcoming. They also give a reality check of the role and what it entails.
