Typical interview - panel style with a short teaching demonstration (I believe 10 minutes). Be prepared to articulate how you are student-centered and what you have done to increase retention. If you have past student evals, that will be a bonus. Panel typically consists of 2-3 instructors, a dean, and a staff member.
