I met individually with seven individuals in the office across two rounds of interviews. They have a unique interview style, whereby you interview with individuals rather than a group, some of which are hiring into their team and some of which aren't. This gives them a sense of how you would fit in the office and gives you the opportunity to meet a variety of individuals across different seniority levels.

Interviews generally consist of a friendly and professional atmosphere, with common questions about your background, skills, and experiences. They may also include questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and how you handle certain situations.
4 interviews with general interview questions. Over zoom during the pandemic. Met with numerous different employees that worked there. Asked me a lot about how I am with time management and organisation.
