Applied online and received a request for an interview the following week. HR had not informed me that there would be a written portion and my interviewer seemed to be under the assumption I had been informed. Overall, not a terrible experience but not a great one.

Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
