Telephone Interview wherein the interviewer called me and asked questions about my previous internship and where my interest lies in and why i should be selected for the job. This was followed only after a resume was sent and screened buy the HR. Post which the HR requested some official documents. This is how the interview was conducted.
CV opgestuurd en toen gelijk mail gekregen voor een gesprek over de open vacature. Dit gesprek was met twee account directors en was meer een kennismaking. Na dit gesprek gelijk een stage aangeboden gekregen.

The Interview process was 2 stages and was very smooth and easy, team are friendly and answered all my question regarding the role and the company. There was an initial interview with the requirement team, the 2 official interviews with the managers, one was a question interview then stage 2 was more task focused.
