Interview set up was very quick. The hiring team will ask for your salary in the first call to see if you fit their budget before allowing you to proceed to the interview round with the department head. During the interview call, it's more casual with no strict formal flow of questions. They seem to not really read up on the resume or other materials submitted prior to the call and only check while you're on the call with them. They don't have questions prepared and seem disorganized. Feedback from the hiring team is quick and will inform you if you get the job or not, instead of leaving you waiting.

CV opgestuurd en toen gelijk mail gekregen voor een gesprek over de open vacature. Dit gesprek was met twee account directors en was meer een kennismaking. Na dit gesprek gelijk een stage aangeboden gekregen.

The Interview process was 2 stages and was very smooth and easy, team are friendly and answered all my question regarding the role and the company. There was an initial interview with the requirement team, the 2 official interviews with the managers, one was a question interview then stage 2 was more task focused.
