Recruiter had the first discovery call with me, at the end of the interview, I mentioned that Okta needs to sponsor my work visa for this role, and the recruiter said she will move me forward to the next stage, her colleague will contact me to take the psychological test and she will send me a immigration form to fill in at the same time. I got the immigration form and send her back with the documents, and she didn’t reply for couple of days. I follow up up with the second email and i received that she blocked me…. Which is such a unprofessional recruiter. The recruiter is based in the London office and she is responsible for SDR hiring. Just to bring it up so interviewee has a feeling how this company looks like.

Basic intro and why you are interested in Okta and your experience
It was a very quick interview process, spanning 2 weeks total. The managers were very nice and quick to respond. It was overall a good experience and I would recommend. 2 rounds of interviews.

It wasn’t to crazy. Just be company research ready and super confident. A little nerve wrecking because there can be multiple interviewers. It’s about 2 rounds so it’s not super difficult
