The interview process was thorough, albeit a little disorganized. I was flown down to Raleigh to spend time with various team members, but my flight was never reimbursed nor my Ubers or hotel (for when my flight home got cancelled). The worst aspect was the hiring manager “forgetting” to tell me I did not get the job. It shouldn’t cost $600 to go to an interview. Very disorganized, and I found a much higher paying job doing this exact same type of work I was interviewing for at ODM.
