I received the first call 1 week after applying. The person who called me was very friendly. She did not conduct a phone screening and simply asked if I would be interested in participating in a group interview.

Found an employee and asked if they knew where the assistant manager who would be interviewing me was. She told me that the assistant manager would come meet me in front of women's. When she found me, she pulled me to the side and the interview lasted less than 10 mins.
Asked questions about my previous work experience, what I look for in a job, what my career goals are, etc. Was very easy and had a great conversation with the interviewer. I declined the offer but would definitely recommend applying!
Applied online and received a phone call to schedule an interview. The interview process lasted less than 30 minutes and I was notified immediately after that I had gotten the job.Background check to follow.
