Seasonal Position during the holidays! Walked in to a group interview, given a few details about what old navy looks for in employees, and how fast paced it is to work there. Max 10min total in the interview. No questions asked about prior experiences. All we had to do was pick an outfit, explain why we chose the outfit, and return it to where it belonged. That ended the interview, we were thanked, and told we would be called within 2 days.
