Found a missed call, called back and turned out to be Old Navy. Told them I got a call, was transferred to the manager, nice guy. He asked for my availability then asked if I had 10 minutes for an interview, said I would have to call back as I was about to start a shift. Called back, got telephone interviewed then got asked to come in for "non-traditional group interview."

What is your most and least favorite thing about the location I applied to? What would I change about the store?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

What would you do if a family of 4 came in asking for a complete, matching, vacation outfits? Show me what you would recommend then.
group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
